Ken Allen W is an artist, songwriter, and producer based in the Pacific Northwest. A graduate of the Atlanta Institute of Music (AIM), he honed his craft through formal training while performing in pop/rock bands and regional tours. His foundation at AIM gave him the technical edge to merge traditional musicianship with cutting-edge production, shaping a sound that is both polished and deeply personal.
Ken also earned his MBA from WashU in St. Louis, bringing a rare blend of artistry and business strategy to his career. This combination allows him to navigate both the creative and entrepreneurial sides of music, building sustainable momentum around his projects.
While much of Ken’s catalog leans toward instrumental compositions, showcasing his ability to fuse melody, rhythm, and texture, he also writes select vocal driven tracks. His collaborative songwriting on “It Was You” demonstrates his ability to co-create emotionally resonant music, while his solo written track “Why Didn’t I Say Hello” reflects his personal voice as a storyteller. This balance allows him to cross between the worlds of emotive pop ballads and expansive electronic soundscapes.
With new releases on the horizon and an evolving live set, Ken Allen W is building a space where connection, creativity, and energy meet. Fans can expect music that inspires, moves, and lingers long after the last note.
